Burberry introduces virtual handbags on Roblox
Roblox is once again getting the high fashion treatment after Burberry revealed earlier this week that a virtual collection of five handbags were set to roll out on the online platform through to July 15, with one bag dropping every 24 hours. Modeled after the Lola bag and nodding to the English brand’s longtime affinity for nature and the outdoors, the limited-edition stint is crafted from a range of extraordinary materials like clouds, water and wild foliage.

In its latest drop, the Mattress Movement Collection, Ethiopian-Canadian designer Maisha Marshall-Ende has dreamed up different interpretations of mattress prints, featuring eye-catching motifs in piercing yellows and reds, shades of blue and pink and rusty oranges. Marshall-Ende says that through design, she attempts to reconcile the complexities of culture and Blackness, specifically in western society.
